Patchwork - a craft that goes way back

Quilts have long contributed to giving us a sense of security and belonging while linking us to past generations.Patchwork carpets are made with the same kind of attention, sewn together patch by patch from older Turkish carpets of at least 20 years of age. The patches are carefully selected after pattern and colour and when pieced together create a new and original carpet rich in history.
